Friday the 13th. Are you Still Scared?

Happy Friday the 13th! That’s right……happy Friday the 13th.

There’s nothing to be scared of……unless you are stuck in the same situation you were in last year. Then you shouldn’t really be scared but be cautious, don’t let the years & excuses catch up with you.

As a child, it is ingrained into our heads that Friday the 13th is a day to be feared. I don’t remember my parents ever telling me why, but all I could do was conjure up images of Jason Voorhees in a hockey mask coming after me if I stayed up too late or went into the basement.

Remember these Superstitions??????

Don’t open an umbrella indoors

Don’t rock an empty rocking chair

Don’t want 7 years bad luck? Well, don’t break that mirror

Don’t step on a crack, and the list goes on.

I got this cool info from Wikipedia that I think you would find interesting.  According to the Stress Management Center and Phobia Institute in Asheville, North Carolina, an estimated 17 to 21 million people in the United States are affected by a fear of this day. Some buy drugs online without prescription people are so paralyzed by fear that they avoid their normal routines in doing business, taking flights or even getting out of bed. “It’s been estimated that $800 or $900 million (US)  is lost in business on this day”.

But why? Why do we work ourselves up with irrational fears? Why do we put ourselves under stress?

It’s all b.s. to prevent us from doing something. Moving forward.

Let’s forget the superstitions and make our own rules of prosperity.

Here are my 13 Reasons Not to be Scared of Online Marketing.

1) As Steve Winwood said, “While You See a Chance Take it!” Don’t wait for some schmuck to take credit for your ideas.  Ex: In the 80’s I drew up an ad board for a gummy bear with vitamins for those kids are hate vitamins & like candy. I called it Vita-Chews. I didn’t have the web to research it, I knew in my heart it was a killler idea but no one believed in my. A few years later, wa lah!  Gummy Vites.  He who waits, well, you know the rest of that diddy.

2) Dont’ Be Afraid of Success. Some people actually are afraid that if they make it, it will change them for the worse. More money, no bills, less financial obligations. Yah,,,,,,ok.

3) Never Give up. You have so many resources to help you. So many people & forums are there waiting for you to call upon them.

4) There is Plenty of Room in the Pool. People often complain that all of the good ideas are taken. With this mentality we will never go any further as a society. Diseases won’t have cures, transportation won’t get any better & war talk negotiations will never happen for us.

5) Think Different. Don’t swim with the same fish all of the time. Go to the deep end, into uncharted territories. Try niches nobody has ever tried yet.

6) Invision the Rewards. Think of what you will have when you do make it. Extra cash, time & freedom.

7) You Don’t have Set Hours. You can work on your sites as little or as much as you want. In your PJ’s at 2 am if you like.

8) It’s a Baby! All in all, Internet Marketing is new and evolving everyday so you can still get on board and make it happen baby! You are in at a great time.

9) Original Ideas Not Needed. Affiliate marketing is smoking hot. Promote someone else to cash in while you get your own style.

10) No Sex or Age Discrimination. Success doesn’t care if you are male, female, young, old, martian or even a goat. You limit yourself by self defeating thoughts……not the web.

11) I Have Problems with Focus. I think all creatives & successful marketers do, that’s why we usually have multiple projects going on at once.

12) I’m Not a Lying, Cut Throat Salesman. Good, because the successful Internet Marketers are honest, intellectuals that are easy to read.

13) I’m a Newbie. I don’t Even have a Blog. I got you covered. Here at, we have almost every service you need to succeed online. Blog development, web design, hosting & domain snatching and so much more.

So there you have it. Nothing to be afraid of. Now get to work!
