Blogging for Fun? Why Not Cash in on it?

Blogging is a passion of mine and what better way to make money then by making it from doing something you love.

Many people blog for different reasons. Many people I know are not concerned with making a load of cash from their blog, they just want me to help them make it popular so the world knows their views. Some bloggers simply want to share their experiences to friends, speak their mind, and the most evident reason today is to make money.

My focus with blogging is passion and when you do what you really love the money will follow. You put your energy into it, your blood, sweat and tears……just make sure you wipe off the keyboard if that happens.

Currently we are in the new age of the internet. The bubble burst back in the 90’s and guys like me are blowing it back up. Strong than ever. Blogging offers so many moneitzation options that your head could explode. Between affiliate advertising to direct advertising, the cash is there ready to be grabbed. The money is there but how to you get it? Simple. Traffic.

I’m not saying getting traffic is simple, but at least you know what the next move is on this chess board of internet marketing.

Here are some monetization options that you can get involved with, supposing that you already have a great traffic.

For starters, you can use internet services like and The good thing about these services is that they arenĂt related to click through rates, traffic, and other related metrics. This is an excellent option for bloggers with a hectic schedule. When you write a review, you will also have a good source for your blogs.

You can really make some sweet cash this way, however, there are a few things you need to remember.
Many sponsored posts often lead traffic away from your blog, brining them to the offering site and thus will make you lose credibility.

Big Tip!
Make sure you accept only the reviews related to the blogs that you have. Don’t accept a review for the Boston Red Sox that will direct them to if your website is about Medical advice for senior citizens with bad breath. One has nothing to do with the other.

You will have so many more options if the revenue is based on the reader’s thoughts, participation and purchases. A great example is affiliate offers. With this affiliate offers, you should have to insert the existing contents of your blog with the offer that will make you money.

Let’s make believe that your blogs are all about gourmet food, make sure that you provide links and advertisements for services associated with gourmet food, caviar, aged meats, expensives olive oil, and other similar services or products. You could expect to see some great returns in no time at all. Some of the big players in this game include NeverBlueAds, AzoogleAds, Share-a-Sale, and my personal favorite, Commission Junction. You can find some great offers by checking out these sites.

If your not Rambo and want to tippy toe at first, try content-based advertising on web pages. It’s based on the content of the pages & the displayed ads are automatically generated. Google Adsense is the big boy in this area. If you hate Google and got antibiotics online kicked off of their Adsense program, try Chitika. I think you’ll like them. They are pretty good & has great customer service.

Each time someone visits your blogs, you can earn money. The ads are part of the bloggers’ website and so you can earn more money. Also, you will also be able to give your audience related contents that they might find really useful.

So, get off your ass! Choose the money making option that will bring you in some cash. Even though there are many options out there, not all of them will work for you. Trial and error.

Long story short kids, You can make a significant amount of money blogging. It’s like going to a re

staurant with a menu the size of a phone book. If you use your skills properly, you can earn money for a long time.
